walk to and from the Aids walk.

walked the Aids walk (the loop) with my mom, sister and some of her friends. it was fun!! not as cold as i thouhgt it would be. We did it a lot faster than normal!! my goal was to do it under 2hrs 30mins so we just made it. Next year i hope to be able to run it.

did feel like separating my crew practise all out into separate training things so i'll put it all in here.

Our launch was MIA so we couldn't go out in the boats which stinks. Someone said it might be broken but my coach had no idea of any of things until this morning. so instead we did stuff in the gym.

*we streached to warm up
*did some strangth work- crunches, push ups (which i can't do), dips all that nice stuff.
*then a 10k erging relay- we each had to erg about 1.3-1.5 k. i think i did 1.5K, i was really slow though. My team won so we were very happy
*then my coach made us jog aroung the gym for 5 mins to cooldown and so we didn't cramp up
*then we did some yoga streaches and worked on breathing.

over all i think it was a very good work out and i have found out i need to streach a lot more than i do.

second waltz class. today we worked on what we learnt last week and movie up and down the right way as well as posture. It was a lot of fun, but my arms kinda hurt now.

warm up jog from school to the path.

stretched with the team at the race st. enterance of the path. We did a bunch of streches and some strangth stuff.

Ran from race st. entrance to the 1 mile mark and back. just under a 4 mile round trip (if you count the warm up and cool down it is 4 miles.) felt pretty good and was i think going faster than normale.

boring day. didn't really do anything.

just looked at the new USOF rankings that was sad. I got bumped down 2 spots. i'm now in 6th place :'( I really need to get to a meet so i can dump the DNF i got at the US champs that might help my rankings a lot.
