did 4287 steps but I didn't go all the way down because my legs aren't quite long enough to do that at the setting we had it on. But my dad and I just changed it so next time I might be able to go all the way down.

goal was to do 1,000 steps per 15 mins. but I guess i'm going to have to change that goal the next time because I don't know how many steps a min I can do on this new setting.

had a nice long stretch that felt really good. I haven't stretched nice and long for a while, we always stretch sort of fast at track.

just set up an attackpoint log for my dad. I guess this means i have to really start doing some training now so he doesn't put in that many more hrs then me.

then our normal drills.
