Ran The Loop with my mom today. This is the longest i have ever run so I'm very happy with myself. I didn't actually think i would be able to do it. I knew i could walk the whole thing though, so i knew i could do it if i ran some and walked some. But i didn't walk at all!! and i wasn't really that much slower than normal.

11:31- lloyd hall to 1 mile marker
12:02- 1 mile marker to 2 mile marker
11:21- 2 to 3
7:14 - 3 mile marker to Falls bridge (about 3/4 mile)
6:40- Falls bridge to 3 mile marker

11:58- 2 to 1
9:39- 1 to Lloyd hall
11:00 - Lloyd hall to home

First TNT of the year for me.

ran 4.5 miles at a kind of middle pace i think. sadly dad hurt his ankle so we all kinda shortened our run, which was good because i pushed a little more and made sure i stayed with clem on the way back.

12:58 - back w/ clem
10:24- up to sandy's ran into two people on horses and had to stop for a bit to let them by.
