ran the loop again with my mom and our neighbor. did a lot better this time i actually felt as if i was getting a little faster and i wasn't any more tired than i was last week.

DVOA winter meeting:
not sure about the club but i got a lot done at the meeting. everything is now almost set for the interscholastics, the team is set, know were we are staying, and know the time of the moodle. Also susan and I are now getting to work with wyatt so that the 3 of us can think up of a training schedual susan and i can fallow. And john DeWolf is going to look at my article for liberty sports and make sure it is ok. So over all i got a lot done and i'm very happy. To bad i can't go to the meet tomorrow (i hate not being old enough to drive!)

oh and I found out that there is a blue mountain training camp the weekend before the interscholastics that i had no idea about.
