| walked around town and did some shopping with my friend. shouldn't really count but we were walking faster than normal because it was cold. and i got a bunch of books that were heavy.
right hip hurt a little bit at first and not really sure why. |

| Hung controls with sandy for DVOA's training event today. Went around the short course backwards to hang them. We had a few little problems and hung one control on the wrong platform. But oh well it was still very good training. |

| Ran the short course the right way around mostly for speed and acuracey. did pretty well still missed up 8 to 9 which we messed up while hanging it. |

| went to go pick up 8 and 9 so i could walk that leg again. However we found out that we hung the control on a different platform than we thought we did. Knowing that when i walked that leg it all made a lot more sense and i did it fine.

| started out doing 2 laps around our 5th floor in 1 min and the extra time we had was our break. then a little bit into it i switched to 4 laps in 2 mins with one of the guys. we did that for the rest of the time. worked a lot on form. i need to start leangthing my strid and relaxing my arms. Over all very good practise and i was starting to have negative splits. |
