| ok so today wasn't suposed to be a rest day but i thought i should rest my knee a day longer as it did start hurting by the end of my workout yesterday. Also i had a HUGE amount of history homework to do. so i guess i'll do something tomorrow instead of take a rest day. | ||

| easy stairmaster as my knee was feeling totally better but i wasn't really sure how much it could take before it started hurting agian. But i had to do something as i was feeling really entergetic and of need of at lest a small workout. | ||

| ballroom dancing afterschool! we are now learning the tango, it is a lot of fun but i like the swing better and wish i could learn more swing.
was actually supposed to do 40 mins of an easy pace thing so the stairmaster, but my knee still kind of hurts so my coach said not to do that much today. | ||

5 laps around our 5th floor in 2 mins (one more lap this week) had i think 3 or 4 longer breaks of about 1 min each. hard work out but it felt great! | ||

| right knee hurts a bit and i'm not really sure why. Coach thinks it might be from so much pounding on our school floors. i guess we will see how if feels tomorrow | ||

| walked to my old school to meet with my old advisor for some advise on a student gov. issue. It was great to see her and she had a lot of great ideas. walked home as well.
was a rest day on the schedual but i'm logging this anyway becuase it was SUPER cold out so i walked faster than normal and got my heart rate up a little bit. | ||
