Sunday Mar 11

Event: Valley Goat III

orienteering race 2:05:14 [3]*** 5 km (25:03 / km)
(injured) shoes: o-ing shoes
Well i had a good run apart from my knee really hurting after the first half or so of the course. Was really muddy and slippery out which i don't think helped things. my navigation was good though, i think the winter training that sandy set up helped a lot.

endded up only being about 22-23 mins behind greg which i thought was very good considering i hardly ran because of my knee. However i should not blam my knee for being so far behind.

Medium - Splits

Saturday Mar 10

Note
Got two new pairs of shoes today because my dad is so nice to me. One pair is for track and pavement running, and the other pair is for trail running. Hopefully this will clear up my knee problems.

Friday Mar 9

dance (tango) 45:00 [1]
ballroom after school. learnt another step of the tango which was fun.

knees weren't hurting to much today but i think i'm not going to do any running tomorrow (one more day of rest) and then run the valley goat and see how that goes. hoping to maybe get some strength stuff in tomorrow though.

Thursday Mar 8

Note
(injured)
Didn't run track today as my coach thought it would be a bad idea to run intervels on our floors with my knees acting up. Was going to do some strength stuff but i have way to much benchmark hw to do.

Tuesday Mar 6
