went to the gym with mom to take a stretch/strength class, but the teacher didn't show because he was having a hard time getting there with the bad weather and all. So we did some biking for a little bit. I wasn't sure if my knee was going to like it but it didn't hurt at all which was good!!

did some of the workout stuff that my mom and her friend do in their classes. I found out that my mom can't count to 12 to which was funny!!!

Well my knee hardly hurts any more (even doing stairs!!) so i'm going to try and do this streching class tomorrow at my mom's gym. and see how that goes, If it hurts i'm going to stop right away. my mom thinks i'm not stretching enough.

well i can now walk but stairs still hurt. my track coach thinks that i maybe shouldn't run until the interscholatics which would stinks. I HATE INJURIES!!!!! and it is getting so nice out to grrr

Well my knee still hurt today, and i was having a little bit of a hard time walking. tried having ice on it as much as i could, that i think helped quite a bit. My dad is also trying to set up an appointment with a doctor.

so i guess basicly there won't be too much on my log for a bit as i try to get ride of this injury. i thought it had gotten better which is why i ran yesterday but i guess not.
