| Again not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Was able to run more as I think day 1 losened up my knee so it wasn't hurting as much. Was only 10 mins behind Holly this time. Again I can't think of any big mistaskes but i don't have my map with me.

| Ran my first brown at an a-meet and it wasn't as hard as I thought it was going to be. That could be because Fair Hill is more of a runners place than a navigators place but still. I was 17 mins behind Holly though so that is quite a lot. I don't have my map in front of me so i'll come and edit this when I do. I don't remember having any major mistakes, but I walked almost the whole course becuase of my knee.

| Walked the modle with catherine while the rest of the west coast juniors ran it. We all went in pairs so we could really look at the terain and get some practice in. I was very glad catherine was up for walk it!!! we both had really no problems finding any of the controls. It was funny thought at the beginning they were all like "this isn't dark green! why is it mapped dark green?" they soon found out why after getting quite a few scratches!! |

| we played soccer and frizbe for a bit befor and after we ran the modle. it was a nice way to get to know everyone a little better. Too bad all the east coast juniors weren't there yet that would have been really fun!! |

| So took a break between school and hw and my sister and i did a little DDR. It hurt my left knee a little today though. I'm not sure if it is because i'm tight and need to streatch or if it is that i was try harder ones this time and the little jumping i was doing was hurting it. hmm.... |
