| Biked to Valley Green with my mom and dad. The first part was hard as we were road biking and i have a mountain bike (that doesn't shift to 3rd gear...grrrr...) But it was a lot of fun! | ||

| Dad and I went for a short run along Forbiden drive and then back along the trails on the other side. Moved kinda slow on the road but once we got across and on the trail I started moving. Like trail running a lot better!! This was also the first time i had run with my dad since i got back from outward bound, so i think i surprised him a bit on the trail run and how fast I went. Before i couldn't really run faster than a 10 min mile without dying, now i have been running 8ish min miles for my past few runs and not dying to badly. | ||

| Dad and I after our run cycled home. Mom started biking home when we went for our run as my sister was home. We went a bit faster as there was more down hill and we both wanted to beat the 50 mins it took us to get out. | ||

| Lloyd Hall camp went for a quick run in the afternoon so i decided to join them. most people ran just under 1.5 miles but i decided i would run at least 2.

| Rowed bow today. We went quite far but worked a lot on tecnique. They even video taped us so we could see what we looked like. | ||

| decided to run back to Lloyd Hall today instead of take the van. It was actually not that bad of a day to go running. there was a little bit of a brease along the path!
1:45- first quarter mile (not sure why i did the first and not the last) 8:09- first full mile 8:20 - 2nd I still can't believe i ran that fast! Legs felt it when i stopped though. Had to stretch out for quite a while after wards. | ||

rode the loop after camp as we didn't really do anything at camp today as it was the first day. We actually got out on the water in the morning but i was coxswin so i didn't really do anything. Then went back to the lloyd hall camp and they were just kinda talking and explaining things today. | ||
