| Walked to the advanced start with my friend and then jogged back as a warm up. Then stretched some before my start. Was hopping that with a longer warm-up i wouldn't cramp up so badly. I didn't cramp up but i'm not sure if it was from the longer warm-up or eating a better breakfast. |

| Second day of the US champs. Did much better today than Day 1. Had a little trouble with #'s 5 and 7. Also i think i had a few bad route chooses. Other than that though i felt like i was running well and my flow was much better than Day 1.
Hoping to post more and maybe a scan of my route when i get the time. |

| When i got in my legs just cramped up really badly!!! i had to keep jogging around for a while before i could even start stretching. Finally was able to stretch without it hurting too badly. Not sure what caused all the cramps especially in my right leg. not enough food? water? too short of a warm up? really not sure. |

| The SLA's girls soccer team was down player today for the game so they asked me to play with them. So to help my fellow athletes out i played. We just had enough people to cover the field so we had no subs.
I haven't played on a real soccer team ever so it was an experience! we sadly lost 1-2 but it was a close game! the other team didn't get a second goal until the very end.
