Sunday Dec 30

walking 1:20:00 [1] 2.5 mi (31:59 / mi)
same walk we did at christmas, but backwards and it was only heather, dad, ellie, and I. All three of us also stopped quite a few times to take pictures so we were walking faster than this but i don't have another time other than this so i'm going with sandy's method of the watch starts when we left the car and stopped when we got back to the car as we did really stop other than to take photos along the way.

so knee didn't hurt at all along the walk. Right Hips hurt a bit just as we got to the parking lot and knee hurt a little bit in the car. Maybe more stretching? not sure

Wednesday Dec 26

stairmaster 33:00 [3] 2.0 mi (16:29 / mi)
ahr:150 shoes: Saucony
Did this stairmaster like thing at the gym with my mom. It felt fine on my knees which was nice, and really worked my thighs. thought i would have "walked" more miles though.
strength (crunches) 5:00 [3]
shoes: Saucony
biking 20:00 [3] 4.8 mi (4:09 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
did a biking machine while mom did an erg.
other (eliptical) 20:00 [3] 0.8 mi (24:59 / mi)
shoes: Saucony
mom wanted to see how my knee felt doing an eliptical so we did that for 20 mins. it felt fine while on it but hurt a bit after i got off. hurt kind of like i had a heavy backpack on and weight was on them. And a bit on the inside.

Tuesday Dec 25

walking 1:20:00 [1] 2.5 mi (31:59 / mi)
Traditional Christmas walk in the wissahikon (can never spell it)

started off at valley green and walked all the way up to i think it was th 3 1/4 mile marker? where there is the stone bridge over the river. and then walked back down the other side.

very nice walk the dog loved it!!!!

Monday Dec 24

running 36:15 [3] 3.0 mi (12:04 / mi)
shoes: brooks- winter/trail model
got dragged out for a birthday run by my dad and our friend phillippa. Felt ok to start off with but then it was down hill from there. This was a level 3 run and it totally should have been a 2. Felt quite light headed at the end, knee hurt a bit (but not as bad as i thought it would) So i guess for it being cold out, not having run for a while, and not getting enough sleep/water it was ok. Really need to start training more.

9:57-first mile
bathroom break (forgot to go before we left the house ops)
10:07- second mile
8:34- third mile
4- the last little bit of the 3rd mile i walked as a cool down
Note
BEST BIRHTDAY PRESENT EVER= A CALL FROM THE DOCTORS SAYING I DON'T HAVE LYMES!!!!!!!!

i'm so happy!!!! that is the best present i could have gotten!!! I wasn't expecting to hear from the doctors until after the holidays and then they called this morning saying the tests came back and i don't have lymes!!!
Ice Skating 1:20:00 [2]
