| Walked to my friend from my middle school house. I haven't seen her in ages so it was a bit weird that she called out of the blue but it was nice to see her. Helped her pack up her room as she is moving tomorrow. Then walked back home carrying a bunch of scrap booking stuff she didn't want anymore thought maybe mom or school could use.
Beautiful day out!!!!! wish i could have gone for a long bike ride. | ||

| Well planed on doing some more training like DDR or strength but ended up going through the box that i have been storing my maps in and ended up trying to put them in my binder. I found so many maps of like white and yellow that i have no recollection of ever running, as well as a few others. But got most of my 2007 maps in the binder which was good! hopefully will finish some other time. My goal is to put my 2008 maps right in my binder and not in a box where it will take me forever to put in my binder and then forget them. | ||

| Finally i got to go rock climbing with my friend Mario at the place he works in NJ. The whole family went so heather and i went climbing and tried some bouldering. Bouldering is hard! Deff need some more upper body strength to get any better.
Knee didn't bug me at all!!!! | ||

| Well our Track team is hard core (not really but we like to think it) and we went running in the pouring rain today. It was a lot of fun! Ms G brought her dog Penny, so we were running a little faster than i think we would have which is good. Felt a lot harder than it should have. However my knee hardly bugged me (knocks on wood) Running in the rain is awesome! i got soo wet.

| So decided that i couldn't concentrate on homework that i had too much energy that i had to get ride of. so the only thing i could think of to both kinda destress from the day and get a workout was DDR. haven't played in a while and didn't know how my knee was going to react but tried anyway. It was pretty good actually. I still can pass the easy level of step mania, however knee did start to hurt towards the end. So i'll have to watch that if i keep trying this workout. PT said that it was ok if it hurt a LITTLE while i did anything but if it hurt after that wasn't good. So it didn't hurt after so i'm just going to ice for 5 -10 mins. | ||

| Went to Physical Therapy today. So Basically that was the last time i have to go. Kim Decided that i have just bruised my knee cap and there really isn't much else she can do. She gave me some more workouts to do though. and told me to keep icing. Also that the workouts will probably help and that it is just going to take time for my knee to heal, and that when it starts to hurt i really just have to stop and stretch and ice and that eventually it will go away. Well i hope she is right i hope it goes away soon because this is really annoying!!! | ||
