12c shoes: New o-ing shoes
Did much better today!!!! a few bobbles but nothing big. Could have probably run a little bit faster. Will write more when i have time.

Short jog around the parking lot and then some stretching at the start. Should have maybe done a longer warm up but didn't seam to effect my run all that much so thats ok.

Saturday Feb 16

Did really crappy!!!!!!! REALLY REALLY CRAPPY!!!!!! 9-10 was 17:30ish. will write more about my mistakes later when i have the time. hopefully tomorrow though will be better

walked up to the start with Huw to wish him luck and to see where it was. Then jogged back to the car to get all my stuff together (compass, e-push, ex.) then jogged back up to the start and did a little stretching before my start time.

Sprint-o as a model event. Did ok not any major mistakes. Will add more later when i've done my analysis.

Well Track was canceled today cus it was way to cold out and we didn't have anything we could do inside as our coaches didn't want us running the halls as it is bad for our knees. And the weight room was taken by the hip hop group. Oh well... :( i will have to find some other way to train before IS then. Was looking at the maps that Kat just sent out, wow those are some long legs! Not sure how i would run some of them.
