| So off to Liverpool with a group of people from school tonight. there are 10 students and 2 teachers going, and we are visiting an all girls school there and learning about how they do things there and staying with host families and such. Should be a lot of fun!!!! however that means that for almost a week i'll have no chance to do any training. well unless you count all the walking around Liverpool i'll be doing... | ||

| mountain climber drill with the sprint people as i was the only distance runner and no distance coach again. so 1 min of mountain climbers, then 30sec break. 3 sets with 2 min rest in between the sets. and we had like weights that we had to do it over so that we couldn't cheat. it hurt as my right hip like kept cracking. | ||

| did some stairmaster in our weight room while the sprinters did more drills in the hall way. My coach was like i could go for like a 10-15 min run but decided that i would get more out of doing the stairmaster for that long so thats how the stairmaster comes into the picture. Getting a little sick of making my work outs up on my own as i have no idea if what i'm doing helps at all. :/ | ||

| had to talk to one of my teachers after school so missed the beginning of practice. So no warm up or stretching. I actually thought i was going to have to run on my own and i would see everyone coming back. turned out i was wrong! but there were no other distance runners and no distance coach so kinda had to make up my own practice. thats why i stuck this under track as i did so much random stuff i didn't know how to separate it.
6:05-sprint to catch up with everyone (~.75 miles) 3:00- jog with everyone to were they were going to practice relays 8:45- stretching while the sprinters set up there relay 10:14- decided i was going to run two miles while they did that so just over a mile out. 8:42- mile back, jogged like just under 10ish pace the whole way and then pushed the last 1/4 mile 1:30- cool down jog back to everyone 7:40- drills with the sprinters 5:56- jog back to the train tracks (~.75) 3:27- cool down jog back to school (~.15) distances are a guess but i think over all i ran just over 4 miles but logging as 4. | ||

| 3 sets of 50 sit ups with 30 second breaks in between. and then 10 push ups. i really need to start working on my push ups i used to be able to do at least 25 without dying! | ||
