Second day of the GA Navigator Cup. A much better run! Will write more later

running warm up/down 10:10 [2]
shoes: Brooks Adrenaline GTS 9

Cool Down run after changing my top and into running shoes. Ran around the asphalt road out of the mud. Should have kept the garmin on to track my heart rate and how far i was going but had taken it off by the time i thought about it. Can figure it out from the map though.

stretching warm up/down 9:00 [1]

Stretching after wards. Greg showed me some good hip flexer stretches which was good. Felt pretty good after wards :)

Note

So had to leave the event early to make it to the airport. Drew came along with us which was fun! As we pulled in to the rental return who else was in front of us but the alhswedes. They got out faster than us so said hello and kinda parted. We got to the airport quite early. Drew was worried about his flight since he wasn't seeing it on the departure boards. So we split for now so he could check in and dad and i went through security. Met back up with the Alhswedes then. Dad got his hands randomly swabbed and i had fun at security (forgot i had a small non sharp pocket knife in my o-kit bag ops!). I get all my stuff back and turn around and there is Drew and Dad laughing at me. Thanks guys! Then eat something while drew tried to teach me math that i really should know. And then we split up to our gates. My dad, myself and the Alhswedes found out once we had already gotten on our plane that it was almost 2hrs delayed. Ugh so many people were getting on and off to switch planes excreta. Got some more studying done. Finally got home about 1.5 hrs late. I do believe Drew got into Pittsburgh before we got into Philly and his plane was supposed to leave on hour behind us. :/

So a day FULL of work, essays, babysitting, track meeting, and sickness. I have been trying hard to get things done today in which i think i'm slowly starting to succeed. I have however decided i need to tally up all the pages of writing i have done so far this year in papers, essay and the like. I but i hit at least 30 by the 15th.
Spent the day sneezing and with a running nose :/ sore throat has gone away. hoping to go to the gym tomorrow though for Liz's class.
