So we were supposed to have Track conditioning start today, and then our building decided it was going to lose power at around 1pm. Wonderful! So we had class without power for an hour before being told we could leave. This isn't exactly what we want to have happen when 500 people, from 4 countries and 32 states, are descending on the school tomorrow for Educon 2.2 conference. Anyway because of this there was no track :( also Jeremy was too busy running around getting things ready for tomorrow that he couldn't run with me :( So I went home rather sad about not running. At around 4:30 I was like enough if enough I HAVE to run and so headed out for a run on my own anyway.
It was a VERY enjoyable run! I loved being out! It was a bit cold and very windy at times but over all quite nice out! I also brought along my ipod and so was listening to some good music. I do believe that is why my time is so much faster than I was expecting.
Hip hurt a little bit - loosened up fairly fast
Breathing was hard - From the cold air? From the wind? From not running in a while? probably all three
Knee hurt when I was done, but not right away maybe 5-10 mins after i was finished - iced it for almost 20 mins right away.

Went to the gym after coming back from KOP with mom. Didn't have time between dropping things up and going to the gym to find a map with a course on it that i haven't just run or trained with so grabbed my book (lance's mom's autobiography) instead and read that while on the bike. I was getting quite tried by the end of the cycle but my legs didn't slow down. It was like they weren't attached to my upper body.
