Got in late last night. Went to bed being a little bitch to myself. Woke up feeling decent(considering). Had half of a bagel, and a piece of bread, and a small bowl of kashi with raisins and soy milk, and a glass of grape juice. Started warming up 30 minutes before the race, (7 minutes, stretch, bathroom(fail), stretch, Lunars 2 on, stretch, fast run, start). Started off easy, lead was Chuck Terry, Weiss, and I. Dropped Weiss, then ran with Chuck until mile 2. Got dropped (probably due to the ski race the day before) and then got to fight the wind for the rest of the way. Ate alot of snacks and then did a couple of short cool downs.
