Ran to snowmobile trail in a record time of 4:49. I don't know how or why but.... I'll take what I can get for not trying. ran up butler, then down van dusen trails and did a clockwise red loop. then back from the parking lot in 9:10.

Double Pole. Down snake, back up then down. Then one loop on the course and then called it quits. went home and smoked out the house with some very spicy home fries.

Climbed in Nikes again and schooled jaysen. Grabbed some tiny crimps.

Nordic Skiing race 1:05:00 [5] 15.0 km (4:20 / km) +300m 3:56 / km

Classic. Lapland Lake. Bathroom. Short Warm-up to test out kick. Kick was great. the layering was vr30-vr30-vr40-vr30.... I think. Started off hard, with a lot of double pole. Strided up every hill that had a track. At 4k Underwood told me I was 20 behind Will and 10 up on Nick. For some reason I slowed down a little bit after hearing this. But it was probably a good thing because Nick ended up imploding. Finished with not much in the tank but had a lot of spit on my race suit and bib.
Cooled down going up to the lake and then came back and had a Coke and Some chocolate Milk.
*I need to go harder up the Karhu because there is a downhill afterward.
**Go really hard on the flats because that is the only place to make time up on Will. And there are downhills.... Yeah
***nose strip?

Classic. School. One loop around Varsity followed by another 3k loop plus some in the field.

Indoor Climbing 45:00 [3]

Climbed in my Nike streaks and didn't put on climbing shoes. Climbed some V4-V6 stuff and then tried some hard stuff in street shoes. Then went to will's to wax.

Classic. Crandall. Little warm up. 5 x Snake, 5 x Wall, 4 x Hill + Flats. 15 minute cool down.

Double Pole around Varsity loop with Will and Nick. Then proceeded to do a lot of fast laps around the field(Double Pole) and that was it.

Went to rocksport with Nick and showed him more about climbing while I tried to climb some hard things.

Skate. Went to Crandall. Skied 3 loops with coach on the race course. Shitty conditions. Really wet w/ no grooming. Felt pretty choppy but I think it was the snow.

Felt a little tired but had some yogurt and felt a little bit better. Went to Jesse's for the Super Bowl.
