Swimming 45 [3]

45 minutes of free-style, back-stroke, breast-stroke, side-stroke, and back breast. Motivated as the 3 guys I swam in circles with had me go first as they were too slow. My lungs are out of shape for free-style

Run (Leg lifts) 40 [3] 3.0 mi (13 / mi)

Ran 3 miles, walked a mile. Leg circles and lifts on plank. Felt great during. I wanted to run 4 miles but thought I should lay off so my knee didn't get too sore.
