7 times short and very steep hill
7 times longer and slightly less steep hill
on the shorter hill, after the 3rd time, could barely make it to top and had to slow down, legs muscles to the point of not being able to contract any more! maintained form throughout.
downhills are no problem.
up hills is definitely my weakness and this was an excellent workout. next time, i will do more on the steeper hill.
