Today is an easy day for a long run, so i decided to run a Gun loop with an extra mile on the end of it. I felt really good and actually wanted to go a bit further, but didn't want to kill myself.

Today was the day of the meet. I ran 1 mile warm up when i arrived to Mt. Union, then another mile before my 1200 leg of the DMR relay, then I cooled down 800meters after the relay. Then I warmed up another 800 meters before my 800 meter run, and then cooled down about a mile after the race for a total of 4 miles.

I ran the 1200 meter leg of the DMR relay at the Mt. Union invitational in Ohio. My time was a 3:19.

I ran a second race today and it was a 800 meter run. I finished in 4th in my heat running a 2:07, which is good for running a 1200 earlier in the meet.

Today being the day before a meet, I only ran about 3 miles on the indoor track.

Today for the easy run, we ran the Gun Loop, which was about 6 miles. After we got back, I ran another .5 miles on the indoor track. We then finished with 5 strides, stretching, and form drills.

Warmed up about a mile, then we started a ladder workout. The ladder was 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 400, 300, 200 with 4 minutes rest between each one. My times for those were 27, 45, 62, 1:17, 1:37, 62, 45, 29. I felt very strong throughout the workout. We then cooled down one mile and then we ended with core, stretching, and form drills.

Today I ran easy on the indoor track for 5 miles in around 36 minutes. Running that far on the indoor track was a tiny bit painful, but not too bad. My left Achilles hurt a little, but not to the point of tears. I felt pretty good for the most part though. I then finished with some quick strides and stretched.

Today we had a hard workout on the indoor track. I ran a mile warm-up and felt pretty good. I then started the practice which was 4 sets of 400, 800. My 400s at the end of the workout were 65, 65, 64, and 63 seconds. On the other hand my 800s were also fast and were 2:17, 2:17, 2:13, and 2:13. For a rest i ran 400 meters between every 400 and 800 as well as between every set. After I finished I ran another mile cool down. I finished the day off with some form drills, stretching, and core. I felt really good today for the workout.
