Today I ran the Mile at the meet in Cornell. There was a lot of pushing and shoving in the race, and I got cut off a lot. But I ended up running a full Mile Personal Record of a 4:36.26.

Today I ran 6 miles easy on my own. I felt good today, but my shin started to hurt a bit more than yesterday. Hopefully it gets better.

Today we ran a Fartlek workout and I ran with Nico. We went about 7 miles total with a mile cool down. I felt really good but my shin started to hurt a bit.

Today we ran a Fartlek workout outside on the roads. I ran pretty good with my best friend Nico! We ran a little over 45 minutes for about 7 miles on the day, running 6 miles outside and then finishing with 1 mile inside.
