Today is SUNYACs and I am running the 1200 meter leg of the Distance Medley Relay (DMR).

I ran the 1200 in a 3:16 with the handoff and felt great...... we finished in 5th overall!!

Today I ran 3 miles on the indoor track and then went onto the elliptical for another mile, totaling 4 miles for the day. I felt pretty good.

Today we ran Layona which is a 6.4 mile loop. It was supposed to be an easy run day, but we went way too fast so I will count it as my Steady State run. We averaged around 6:10 mile pace for the entire run. My leg hurt a little but was almost unnoticeable until I attempted to do some pickups on the track.

My leg hurt on all the turns during the workout. The workout was 4x400 at 800 meter race pace. All my 400s were 60, 60, 62, and 59. In the end it came out to be equivalent to a 4:01 mile.
