Mountatin biked the entire trail both ends with John Sellers. Ended up at Apple Cafe then road home. Frickin exhausted, sore muscles. Lots of riding this weekend for this old man. Lovin it though...

Mountain Bike Cronan Ranch Trail to River landing and back. Exceptionally beautiful day on a wonderful new bike. Dropped a line in the water at the river. Didnt catch anything.

Rode 6 miles on the trail and did upper and lower body weights at the gym. Had a great lunch at Sweetie Pies on this wonderful "mental health" day. Shhhhh, dont tell Mr. Barnes. Nice end to a tough week of casting the musical Chicago and the last three performances of Rumors. Rock on!

Met John and Gavin Sellers for a ride from Bell Tower up the Prison Trail to Wal Mart then back through Main to trailhead the other direction. Stopped at the Bridge and enjoyed the speedy downhill reward back home.

Bought a new mountain bike from Placerville Bike Shop. Very exciting! Jen and I rode the bike trail to Jaquier to Carson then to Boeger for a wine reward. Beautiful day!
