Cross Fit (Barbara) 23:00 [3]

I did 25 pull ups, 100 push ups, 100 full range sit ups hands to toes/ 100 squats to bench. Took me 23 minutes.
12 PM

Weights (Back and Bis) 20:00 [3]

light back and bicep workout.
2 PM

Cardio (Eliptical/ Bike/ Treadmil) 55:00 [3]

15 minutes eliptical/ 10 minutes bike 15 minute treadmill followed by 15 minute walk
4 PM

Running 20:00 [2]

20 minute jog legs very tight

sprint/ 20 pushups/ 25 situps/ walk did this for 25 minutes finshed with slow jog walk.

Cross Fit (Fight Gone Bad training) 20:00 [4]

Vigorous workout for me. 400 jump ropes/ 30 hurdle hops/ 60 slammers/ 80 presses after upper body lift

Weights (Upper Body) 25:00 [3]

Super set high reps chest/ shoulders/ Tri's

Running 26:00 [2] 2.75 mi (9:27 / mi)

Very slow sore from morning cross training wanted to stop but kept going.

Nice run at 4:30 during Hailey's soccer. Felt good considering I ran on treadmill this morning.
