shoes: Saucony Triumph sz 9.5
Ran with Paula and Annie at Peavy. Ran up the PowderHouse Trail. Had to stop several times to save newts from getting squished on the trail. The slugs had to tough it out on their own. Paula decided that she wants to do the Portland Marathon. I'll do it too and run with her.
