| Actually took 1:51:00 but there was a lot of walking. Redid my course from the 2nd day of O in the Oaks at the Morgan Territory. Ran a lot slower because the checking to make sure I was in the right spot took some time. Ran some much better route choices this time around. Didn't finish the entire course because it was getting dark and rainy towards the end. |

| Did the same workout as last week--running hard along a flattish to mild uphill trail which turns into a very steep climb on the last half. On the rest period coming back down the hill picked up a different control on each trip. Each lap was progressively slower. Pushed it on the last lap, it was the fastest. About 4.5 minutes of hard effort, 3.5 minutes of rest. |

| Ran at Bald Hill. Heavy rains made for a lot of streams in the middle of the trail. Ran from Reservoir Road parking lot to the top of the back hill, then did a loop on the trails on the back of Bald Hill. No Paula today because her feet are sore. |

| Did flat and hill intervals at Chip Ross Park. The hard portion consisted of some flattish road running with a steep climb. This would last about 4:45. Then on the way back down the hill we would pick off a control. Erik had set 5 controls. I did 4 loops. It got too dark to read the map towards the end so I had to guess at the location of my last control. |
