Again the snow was great. Was going to classic ski, but my wax was in the same bag as my klister which leaked everywhere!

Ran at Shevlin Park in Bend. Nice little park to map for the club someday.

Skate skied at Mt. Bachelor. The snow was great. Apparently it had been icy for weeks until yesterday. My new Yoko pole straps worked great!

Ran at Milo McIver State Park with Paula, Andy, and Annabel. Lost time on the hidden or mismapped controls. Felt good about it overall.

Ran at Chip Ross and into McDonald Forest. Did some scouting with Annie and Paula in some previously unexplored parts of Chip Ross.

Cruise intervals. Ran the first mile too fast. Also ate too much before the workout. After the very first lap I decided to see if I could go under 6 minutes just for fun. I was definitely paying for it on the last mile of the workout.

Ran hill intervals at the bottom of Bald Hill. 30 seconds up, 1.5 minutes down. Annie ran the up part in 20s.
