Skied from the house to the loop at the skate board park, then back to work. Ate it about 20 meters from where I was going to stop. My left thumb is a little sore.

Ran COC's race at their WIOL finals. The controls were pretty easy. Basically an orange course. Ran hard the whole time.

Ran with Paula at Bald Hill. Kept it short to test out the calf. Could barely feel the tear. Saw Erik Torniainen. He told us his skis got stolen from his car. They broke a window in the process.
