Took a nap yesterday afternoon, ate like a pig at dinner and breakfast, drank lots of fluids, and got an early start. I was able to go much harder today, although I made bigger mistakes. | ||

| 400m hard with a half lap jog. All quarters were under 90s. Was not running all out, but it was a concentrated effort. My half laps weren't equal as I started at some yellow concrete poles instead of the 200m mark. The last lap I ran a little harder to make sure I was well under 90s.

| Did fartlek intervals around the Mill Hill loop. Clockwise seemed to work best. I felt that the rest interval was too long coming downhill so will have to pick a better place for this workout next time. | ||
