Rode to work in the morning. In the afternoon, rode to Finton Green for the club run. Waited for Paula. After waiting for 30 minutes, rode the bike home.

Partnered with Paula for a 6-hour rogaine the Dufferin Hill map. We walked the whole way just to get in a little training. It was a beautiful day! Actual time was 4:29:00

Used the steeper section at the top of Bald Hill for our repeats this time. 30s up 1:30 down. Pretty tired after only 5 repeats.
