Monday May 31

Running 1:02:00 [3]
Ran at the Lewisburg Saddle. Zipped around the loop. My ankles held up okay.

Sunday May 30

Orienteering (race) 1:32:29 [3]

Was making mistakes right and left. Very sloppy. Then I crunched my left ankle (my right one was already injured). Called it a day. The high top Integrators that I have been wearing as a substitute for Jala Cross-Controls just haven't been working for me.

I taped up my ankle really well and was able to hobble around okay. Couldn't go very fast, which probably helped to keep the mistakes down.

Sunday May 16

Orienteering 40:00 [1]
2nd day of the A-meet. Severely turned my right angle about 20 meters from the start as I was crossing the stream. Hoped that I could walk it off, but it never got better. Did the first 3 controls in 45 minutes, then decided to call it a day. Couldn't even run on the trail back to the start.

Saturday May 15

Orienteering (race) 1:56:00 [3]
First day of the New Sebago Beach A-meet in New York. Messed up the first 2 controls, then decided that I needed to slow down and read the map better.
