Roller skied with Paula from the park near Philomath High School to just past Agilent, then back to the park. Had a new binding on one of the skis which worked well.

Went running with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. The calf felt fine at first then it siezed up 20 minutes into the run. Had to walk back to the car.

Ran with Annie at Bald Hill. Calf feeling better. The stretching and massage yesterday helped. Kept the run short to make sure I didn't over do it. Saw a roller skier, so I talked to her a little bit to lend her some solidarity. She is an assistant coach at the high school. Tomorrow they have the Emil Nordeen classic race. The forecast is for 45 degrees and rain, so she wasn't very enthused.

Ran a little today. Could still feel the tear in my left lower calf. Cut the run short and went home for lots of stretching.

Skied with Paula and Marie-Cat at Silverstar to Paradise. Had a cinnamon roll and hot chocolate there (all workouts should be so decadent) then skied back.

Staying at Silverstar. Ran down to the village to get a video and ran back. My calf felt good, but still a little tight.

Rode bike to work and home. Tried running Sunday but my left calf had a knot in it. Still had it this morning when I tried running. Doing cross-friction massage to try and loosen it up.

Ran at Finley Wildlife Refuge since Annie has the staples in her tummy. Felt a knot in my left calf.
