8x5min intervals with 2 minute rest on the grass fields at the high school.

Flat bench and inclines. Roller board for the tris. Forearm curls. Calf raises and bicycle crunches (which I have been doing everyday anyway).

Ran with Annie at Bald Hill. Saw my first newt of the season.

Commute to work via downtown. Since my bike light is broken, I brought my orienteering headlight. Unfortunately, I didn't bring the actual headlight just the battery, so I had to go before it got dark anyway. Saw a red-tailed hawk in a field close to home. I also saw my orienteering battery sitting on the table when I got home...
