Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill.

Friday Dec 29

Bicycle 1:00:00 [1]
Commute to work via downtown. The bike path was free of water today, although the rivers are still very high. Frosty dry morning.

Thursday Dec 28

Running 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: New Balance1122 sz 10 w D
Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. Could see the stars when we started, but then the fog rolled in at sunrise.
Bicycle 1:00:00 [1]
Commute to work via downtown. The rivers are still very full, but down from yesterday. The bike path is still flooded at the lowest point near the skateboard park. I was able to go around it via 3rd St.
Weights 15:00 [1]
Shoulders and forearms

Wednesday Dec 27

Bicycle 55:00 [1]
Commute to work almost all the way to downtown. The Mary's River flooded the bike path by the softball diamond across from Avery Park. I don't recall seeing the river that high before. I could ride around that part, but just past the ultimate frisbee field I was blocked by the river.
Weights 20:00 [1]
Back and bis

Tuesday Dec 26

Running 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: Brooks Addiction 6, sz 9.5
Ran with Paula and Annie at a very flooded Bald Hill. I don't think I have ever seen it so bad.

Monday Dec 25

Weights 20:00 [1]
Legs
Roller skiing 1:00:00 [1]
Went from the park by Philomath High School to just past work.

Sunday Dec 24

Running 2:00:00 [1]
shoes: New Balance1122 sz 10 w D
Ran to Bald Hill and met Paula and Annie there. A flock of geese was in the field by the barn. We ran up around the loop past the bridge on Mulkey Creek. I had forgotten how nice the forest is up there. All of the trees that were across the trail had been cleared away. On the way back to the car, we heard gun shots which spooked the geese. All the flocks flew around, but then they landed over near us by the barn. We saw some guy out on an ATV picking up something (dead birds?) off in the distance. Not sure if he was shooting them or doing something else.
