shoes: Brooks Addiction 6, sz 9.5
Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. They had a the bridge across Mulkey Creek blocked off. It said trail closed because of storm. Not sure what is going on here as the trail has been fine. Spent the rest of the day working on installing a new floor in our house.

Friday Jan 5

Bicycle 1:00:00 [1]
Commute to work. Didn't quite make it downtown due to flooding, so I went through Avery Park. Counted 24 down trees from the storm a couple of weeks ago!

Thursday Jan 4

Running 1:03:00 [1]
shoes: Brooks Addiction 6, sz 9.5
Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill for about 30 minutes. I then ran an extra 10 minutes at the park then ran home.
Bicycle 1:00:00 [1]
Commute to work via downtown. The river was flooded over the bike path again, but this time I nervously rode through it.

Tuesday Jan 2

Running 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: New Balance1122 sz 10 w D
Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. Annie had on a red, white, and blue flashing light. When the sun started to come up, all we could see was the flashing red led. We figured it was because the light levels were still low, so our blue-sensitive rods in our eyes could not distinguish between the blue flashing light and the blue coming from everything else.
Bicycle 1:00:00 [1]
Commute to work via downtown.
Weights 20:00 [1]
Chest and tris

Monday Jan 1

Sunday Dec 31

Running 2:00:00 [1]

Ran to Bald Hill from the house where I met Paula and Annie. Ran up to the loop past the bridge again. Much drier today.
