| Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. When I went into the garage to put Annie in the car, I heard a gobble. A gobble? Through the garage door window I saw a big Tom turkey standing on the driveway. He moved to the grass when I opened the garage door. He then crossed the road and flew away when Boomer, the yellow lab at our neighbors, barked at him. On the run we saw quail, gold finches, a western bluebird, and lots of baby cows. |
