| Rode toward Bellfountain. Saw a fox out in a field! I was quite happy about that. Also, saw another vulture circling around down low. This time I saw (and smelled) his lunch--a skunk. I watched him from a distance when he landed. He looked like a turkey on the ground, hence the name. |

| Ran with Paula and Annie from Peavy out to Lewisburg Saddle and back. Had our usual swim breaks at the lakes. Saw Laura Uhler out for a walk. |

| 6x1 min lactate acid intervals. Threw these in once in awhile. Basically run really really hard for one minute to get the legs heavy then jog again at a normal pace to work the heaviness out of the legs. Gave myself at least 5 minutes of jogging before attempting another. Mostly did them uphill. |
