Ran with Paula and Annie at Philomath HS. 20min warmup, 20min cooldown. Stuck our heads in at the swimming pool because there was a big meet going on. Also, the baseball diamond was busy with an American Legion tournament.

Ran to Bald Hill then ran with Paula and Annie, then ran home. Saw lots of goldfinches.

In the backyard lately, we have a couple of house finches visiting the feeder. Also, had an evening grosbeak, which I haven't seen since I lived in Idaho.
