| Was planning to run up and down Bald Hill three times, but as I was doing the first climb I felt low on energy. Likely due to the low amount of calories I have been eating to reduce my whale blubber. The time was comparable to what I have been doing lately (8:05) in very sloppy conditions, but I still bailed and jogged around on the flats. I did also do 2x30s hill bounding. |
