| 3x to the top of Bald Hill. 8:52, 9:02, 9:05. Slowest trail conditions yet. Mud, streams, ankle deep snow and slush. We got in the car just as a down pour started. Whew, just missed it. Paula did 2 3/4 up to the top. The most she has done in a while due to her muscle pull. |

| 6x30s hill bounding. Couldn't drive with the legs much because the trail was covered in slippery snow. Did them anyway just to keep up the habit. |

| Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill in the snow and slush. Put down first tracks along Mulkey Creek. Saw some raccoon tracks in the snow. I think we just missed him. The snow was nice and soft to run in. The slush was a little cold on the feet. |

| Got some more snow last night. There was enough for the kids to sleigh ride down the bike path at Barley Hill. Another 1.5 hour walk to work and 1.5 hours home. |
