| Walked to work, lunch, and home. Saw a doe and two fawns near the house. Met lots of dogs out with their owners for a walk. Also saw a little garter snake which I tried to steer away from the road, but it was determined not to recross the bike path. |

| Had a haircut today and ran errands, so no big workouts today. While waiting for Cammie to finish her previous appointment, I looked at the shampoos and lotions that they had for sale. One of them was an Aveda Shaving Cream with mint and some other delicious sounding ingredient (I don't remember what it was. Turkey with cranberry sauce perhaps?). The sticker on the sampler bottle said, "Experience it". Ooh. I had better bring my camera next time so that I can remember the moment.
Andy and Marieke stopped by and dropped off the mini-controls. They were on their way to Crater Lake then on to Tahoe. |

| Ran with Paula and Annie at Bald Hill. Ran there and back from the house. Listened to a gruesome podcast about a disease that causes people to eat themselves as in cannabilism. Luckily that part was short. |
