Leg it round lathkill - 5th
Bit too much road and trail and field for my liking but was really fun nonetheless! Lots of stopping to open gates and cross walls/stiles as well.
Had a BNO last night and was hanging something awful. No breakfast but ground it out and felt pretty good! Especially pleasing after a good block of training. Thinking of having a week with some x-training this week just to keep things fresh!

Good swim session.
Not had a day off running for a little while and whilst everything feels good I think it's wise to keep it sensible. Hit the gym for a load of rolling followed by this nice long swim. Working hard aerobically.
