Sunday Oct 30

Trail Running (night) 1:05:00 [4]7.0 mi (9:16 / mi)
Ran the trails that parallel the Lake St. Ford Parkway road loop just after dark. Perfect night.

Friday Oct 28

Orienteering race (night) 1:08:00 [3]*** 6 km (11:20 / km)
spiked:9/11c
Second Adventure run at Wirth Park. Had a strong race going with Molly as my teammate until control 9. I chose to head out to the road instead of going up a steep slope and misjudged the distance I needed to travel on the road, not once but twice. Best estimate is that it was a 15-20 minute mistake. the rest of the course was fun and fairly fast.
