Note
(sick) (rest day)
I feel a little better today, but I am going to take at least one more day off. Hopefully tomorrow.

Friday Jun 15

Mtn Biking (road) 30:00 [1]4.0 mi (7:30 / mi)
(sick) (rest day)
Not feeling well at all. Jasper forced me out on the bike and I think it was just what I needed.

Note
slept:4.0 (rest day)
Got up way too early to catch a flight in Philadelphia at 6:30 to make it back to work today. My guess is I won't feel like a workout. And YES I also have the eye infection that MAJ wrote about in her log.

Tuesday Jun 12

Orienteering (course setting) 40:00 [1]*** 2 km (20:00 / km)
spiked:6/6c
Setting for program at Skytop Lodge in PA. Used an aerial photo and an enhanced trail map. Then I cut the photo into small pieces. Groups had to put the picture together then go pick up items to be used in another activity at the control locations. It went really well. Both portions of the activity took almost the exact time I had planned for. Not always the case with group events.

Sad reality: I was in the Pocono Mountains for less than 24 hours and never got a chance to check out any trails.

Note
(rest day)
Didn't really want to take a rest day, but the schedule didn't allow any time for a workout. I did learn how to start a fire with flint and steel though. Pretty cool.
