To schol and then to drop off movies at Blockbuster. Rode most of this on the Greenway.

Finally decided to get on the scale after so much inactivity, and over the last two months I have actually lost weight. Hmm.

Following students during orienteering activity near school.

Monday Nov 12

Running 26:30 [3]3.5 mi (7:33 / mi)
shoes: Vasque Blur 2
28 minute workout (in just 26:30)
Warm-up 7 minutes
Up pace 7 minutes out
Turn around. Up pace further 7 minutes (or back to start, whichever comes first)
Warm-down to house.

Kind of a fun workout that makes use of not a lot of time.

2 X 50 crunches
1 X 25 single leg dips

Had planned to get 3 sets of each, but attacked by a wolf partway through.

Needed a long workout and hills in hopes of having some shot at doing okay the the Possum Trot. I went to the hilly section of Battle Creek for a long slow run. About 20 minutes in I had one of those, "I feel awful, I should quit, I am sure I am getting sick or something else is wrong" moments. Walked up the next hill, made a mental deal to make it to one hour and then go home. At 1 hour I felt great and finished the workout. Legs felt good after that little bout.

Another trip to the bridge over Hiawatha. Weather was much better and we went with some friends. Molly pulled Rena in the Chariot and I kept up with the boys. Great day to be out a bunch
