Kind of a fun workout that makes use of not a lot of time. |

| Needed a long workout and hills in hopes of having some shot at doing okay the the Possum Trot. I went to the hilly section of Battle Creek for a long slow run. About 20 minutes in I had one of those, "I feel awful, I should quit, I am sure I am getting sick or something else is wrong" moments. Walked up the next hill, made a mental deal to make it to one hour and then go home. At 1 hour I felt great and finished the workout. Legs felt good after that little bout. |
