| Decided to go for a run and check some clothing choices out for the temps. About 1 below when I left, and the temp seemed to drop as I went. Not bad, but if I had had to stop for any reason I wouldn't have stayed warm for long. |

| Quick ski at Highland Golf Course in St. Paul on my way home from work. Mostly double poling. Conditions were okay. Track was washed out in a number of areas. Skate lane looked surprisingly good. |

| Franklin/Lake loop before dinner. I gave Molly the option to workout, but she declined for some reason (maybe below zero windchills?). I took off at an easy pace and then decided to pick it up after crossing the Franklin bridge. Coming back across the Lake St. bridge I passed a guy who said, "Nobody ever passes me." That was fun to hear.
Good run and came in the house to sloppy joes for dinner. What could be finer? |

| Couldn't figure out a way to make it to the O-meet with our schedule for the day so I got a long ski in later in the day at Hyland. Easy effort, talking with my friend the whole time. Highlight of the day was buzzing a couple waalking in the middle of the trail on a fast downhill. |
