Event: MNOC - Battle Creek Regional Park

Orienteering race 43:41 [4]*** 6.3 km (6:56 / km) +50m 6:40 / km
spiked:14/14c shoes: Vasque Blur 2
Good run on a familiar map. No mistakes that I can think of. Hesitated a couple times, but that was more to be certain.
Trail Running 30:00 [2]*** 2.5 km (12:00 / km)
spiked:4/5c shoes: Vasque Blur 2
Jogged some of the yellow course with Jasper. We decided to take a short cut and he was not that interested in going into some of the thickest undergrowth. I blew the first control on the yellow course we left the start going in the exact wrong direction...maybe I need more OTNT.

OTNT sprint 1 at Como. Fun course set by Todd. Messed up on 10 and 11. Had a hard time reading trees as I ran across the open area. then I misread the size of the depression and missed the control by 20 meters or so.
Orienteering 11:58 [4]*** 2.2 km (5:26 / km)

Sprint 2. A little slower and some not so clean macro navigation. Decent run overall.
