| Very fun training in Falcon Heights. Four laps of 1.5 mile trail and off-trail loop, trying to make each faster than the last. Ran with Justin and Tom.

| Greenway out and back with family. Stopped in the new Midtown Freewheel bike shop and got a new computer for my mountain bike. Installed in 15 minutes while we all had a snack outside. Outstanding. |
